Pumphouse Point is a unique adults-only retreat poised mysteriously on Lake St Clair and surrounded by century-old myrtle forests. Located approximately 2.5 hours from Hobart and Launceston the property consists of 18 rooms across two heritage industrial buildings gently transformed as an intimate retreat in the heart of World Heritage wilderness. It’s a place to side-step daily life and connect with others in some of the most spectacular landscape on the planet.

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Pumphouse Point on a full-time basis. You’ll be working to enhance the food & beverage experience for our guests. You’ll support your Team to ensure the day-to-day operation is of the highest standard.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the Highland buffet breakfast, in-room larder picnic style lunch and three course dinners hosted in the dining room. You’ll look for opportunities to enhance the guest experience through showcasing local Tasmanian product and upskilling your Team.
You will curate and manage a range of specialised tasting events and experiences for our guests, including wine, cocktail, and whiskey tastings. A keen interest and extensive knowledge in this field are essential!
