REED Business Support in Bath is working closely with a business in Bath who has a stunning location. They are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor.

Permanent

£13.80 per hour + Benefits (discounted / free meals whilst on duty, free on-site parking, full training and ongoing support)

• Hours are negotiable and worked on a rota basis.
• Shifts will include weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Operating hours range between 08:30 and 23:00.

This role plays a key part in their hospitality operation. Reporting to the Bar Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of both the bar and kitchen while ensuring their members receive a consistently high standard of food, drink and customer service.

This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, leading by example, and motivating others to deliver exceptional service.

Full training will be provided; however, previous hospitality experience is essential.
