What you will be doing * Supervision of staff- train, schedule and meet the needs of the daily tasks. * Ensures the associates have the tools needed to perform their job. * Actively communicates with the back of the house for smooth operation of the restaurant, banquets and/or special events.  * Reports any safety or health concerns * Assists guests with questions, concerns or needs * Assist with any area of the restaurant or banquets as needed Qualifications What we are looking for * Strong communication skills verbal and written * High work ethic and self-initiative * Ability to effectively supervise associates * May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property, both AM & PM * Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times
Responsibilities
