JOB DESCRIPTION

Here at the Roker Hotel, we are looking to recruit a Food and Beverage Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will be passionate in delivering an extremely high standard of customer service for our guests, be able to manage a team, work well both independently and within a team. Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in related field
  • Strong knowledge of hotel and hospitality industry practices
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both customers and staff members
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with restaurant and hotel service operations is beneficial

Responsibilities

-To assist the manager in the day to day running of the outlets. Run and manage shifts individually whilst upholding the brand standards. Become efficient in the opening and closing procedures of the venue. Help put your own flair on the bar, assist in creating menu items and inspire the team around you to upsell products and work together to the best of their abilities, most importantly create a great rapport with the customers, both hotel guests and locals.

- Ensuring training is managed within the team
- Creating a great guest experience
- Supporting the F&B team in creating revenue driving promotions and encouraging upselling at all times
