Position Summary: Under the direction of the Shift Manager, the Supervisor, Gordon Ramsay Steak is responsible for providing front-line supervision to front of house team members. This position assists with managing daily operations, ensuring excellent service, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. The role requires a hands-on leadership approach, the ability to multi-task and a commitment to delivering a superior dining experience. Key Accountabilities: Assist with supervising food and beverage service, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Support the service team with any queries, issues or assistance needed to maintain a superior dining experience. Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience. Assist with training, mentoring and leading team members to provide outstanding service to maintain a motivated and professional team. Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and presented according to Gordon Ramsay Steak standards. Adhere to all licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations. Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with guests and all internal stakeholders. Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Qualification Requirements: 2 years experience serving in a restaurant environment. Post-secondary certificate in hospitality and/or restaurant management is an asset. Exceptional customer service orientation and customer service skills. Possess extensive knowledge of food and wine service in a fine dining environment. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office; prior Squirrel POS system experience is an asset. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently and lead the activities of others. Ability to obtain a criminal background check Serving it Right or certification or the ability to obtain is required.
