We're looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our leadership team in an ongoing Full-Time Supervisory Team Leader position at Elements Eatery in Rosebud.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, support and motivate a team
• Maintain strong food & beverage knowledge and high operational standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service and genuine hospitality
• Lead from the front with a hands-on approach
• Uphold commitment to staff and customer excellence

About you

• Minimum 3 years' proven hospitality experience
• Exceptional barista and coffee skills
• Proven ability to lead, support and motivate a team
• Mature, honest, reliable and accountable
• Excellent communication, initiative and common sense
• Calm, organised and confident under pressure
• Own reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
• Local knowledge and connection to the Mornington Peninsula
