Food & Beverage Supervisor – Lead from the front 

Broncos Leagues Club - Full-Time - Level 5 – $31.30 per hour + applicable penalty rates & allowances - Be part of something great 

We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who loves hospitality, thrives in a busy environment and knows how to bring out the best in a team. 

This is a hands-on leadership role across our key food & beverage outlets - The Grill restaurant, Alfie’s Bar & Cocktail Lounge, Courtyard Café and Buckstop Café. 

One shift might see you supporting a busy restaurant service, the next helping the team through a high-volume café period or bringing energy and leadership to Alfie’s Bar. You’ll need to be adaptable, confident and ready to jump in wherever you’re needed. 

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk, although there will be some administration involved, it’s for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example, solving problems, supporting their team and making sure our members and guests have a great experience.

• Courtyard Café and Buckstop Café are fast-paced environments with food available throughout the day and high-volume coffee and beverage periods.
