Description

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR – ENGLAND GOLF CLUB OF THE YEAR 2025

Full-Time | Competitive Salary | Private Medical | Professional Development
We’re proud to be recognised as England Golf Club of the Year 2025, and we’re now looking for a committed and capable Bar Supervisor to join our friendly, professional team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with solid hospitality experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career.
In this role, you’ll support the Clubhouse and Bar Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of our busy clubhouse bar, and you’ll be confident taking the lead in their absence. From managing staff during service to overseeing functions, events, and meetings, your focus will be on delivering the high standard of personable, five-star service our members and guests expect.
You’ll be involved in stock management, supplier ordering, and maintaining the point-of-sale system. A good eye for marketing and promotions would be a welcome bonus, though not essential. What matters most is a friendly, proactive attitude, a calm presence under pressure, and a genuine passion for creating a warm, welcoming experience.
We offer full training and ongoing support, with clear opportunities for professional development to ensure progression. Alongside a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy staff benefits including private medical cover through Medicash, and you’ll be part of an inclusive, supportive team in the country’s Club of Year.
If you’re someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a team, and is ready to step up and make a difference — we’d love to hear from you.
