Objective: Food & Beverage supervisor will be responsible to support the Food & Beverages management in the day-to-day operation by performing administrational and operational tasks, main focus in inventories and supervision of all Food & Beverages locations, provide an outstanding service that exceeds the expectation of every customer by following an approach focus on excellency on the service provided; following the proper standards and goals already established, always aiming for efficiency on the procedures as well as the optimization of the company resources.

Assist the Food & Beverages management in overseeing and ensuring daily smooth operations, inform the Food & Beverages Department on a daily basis of all relevant information on operational matters, be in charge of physical and writing inventories in all Food & Beverages outlets, including the store room, to ensure sufficient stocks for daily use at outlets, overseeing inventory, including Food & Beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipment, to ensure the standards of service are delivered, oversee the preparation, presentation and service of Food & Beverages products to ensure highest quality at all times, to assist in the monthly F&B promotions, to ensure daily cash and credit collections are in order, to ensure neatness and cleanliness of workstation including hygiene aspects, assist in controlling and analyzing quality levels of products and service, guest satisfaction, to ensure that all stocks are accounted for. Any other duties may be assigned to you from time to time by management.
