The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for daily F&B operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Weekly department staff scheduling. * Employment hiring process. * New hire process. * Administer and enforce internal cash controls and procedures. * Administer and enforce inventory controls. * Maintain daily and weekly revenue reports. * Weekly purchasing of all liquor, beer, wine, and beverage supplies. * Maintain proper sanitation and Health department standards. * Maintain proper maintenance schedule for all beverage department equipment and supplies. * Any reasonable request by your immediate supervisor and any Manager. * Ensure proper department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards are followed and maintained. * Keep your work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter. * Perform all job functions safely and responsibly. * Meet job attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies. * Must be at least 21 years of age or older. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE * High School diploma required. * Minimum three years of experience managing a high-volume food operation. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS * Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming License * Missouri Servers License * Valid Drivers License SKILLS AND ABILITIES: * Must be able to communicate in English effectively. * Excellent employee and customer skills are essential. * Excellent public relations skills. * Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. * Must present a well-groomed appearance. * Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. * Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
