Food & Beverage Supervisors will support the site manager in leading teams and deliver a great guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Learn more at TasteOfHistoryDC.com Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical training and support to less experienced staff and model professionalism with guests and other employees at all times * Ensure accuracy of all guest orders by maintaining expert knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) system(s) * Possess thorough and accurate knowledge of menu items and specials * Proficient and honest in cash handling and credit card transactions; Assist Kiosk Manager with timely and accurate sales and tips reports and cash/credit card receipts * Assist Kiosk Manager with coaching and developing of staff and maintain thorough knowledge of Company’s operating policies and procedures * Maintain confidentiality at all times regarding other staff * Ensure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Federal, State, Local regulations and Company procedures * Model teamwork and help Management meet business objectives Position Requirements: * Possess ServSafe Certification in accordance with Company policy * Excellent customer service and people skills * Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts * Excellent communication skills and be a team player capable of encouraging others in a positive manner * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and handle tasks involving bending, twisting and squatting * Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people Rate of Pay - $22.00 - $23.00 / hour, based upon experience & skill.
