Position: Food & Beverage Supervisor
Location: Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort, Blessington, Co. Wicklow
Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort are recruiting for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to become part of the team.

YOUR NEW ROLE

The role involves delivering a consistently high standard of guest service while building and maintaining excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate should have good waiting and bar experience, a good personality, good people skills, be guest orientated, have a caring attitude and a fine attention to detail. An excellent command of the English language is essential. Previous experience in a 4 star hotel is desirable.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Ensuring your team provide exceptional levels of service for every guest
• Rostering of staff in a an efficient manner in line with budgets and business needs
• Ensuring that the beverage offer is of high standard and stocks are managed
• Have a good understanding and working relationship with all areas within the company group
• To ensure that all standards are maintained
