Job Description As a weekend F&B Supervisor, your main responsibilities include: Overseeing the weekend operations of the Restaurant and Bar Ensure friendly and professional food and beverage service and experience is provided to all guests Train and develop staff members in product knowledge and 5 Star service standards. Use product knowledge to upsell and enhance experiences. Act on guest feedback quickly and thoughtfully. Lead by example in standards, pace, and professionalism. Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture. Qualifications 2+ years in an F&B supervisory role. Duty Manager’s Certificate (required). Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails. Leadership presence with excellent communication. High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for people, food and the guest experience.
