  • Intermediate Excel skills - Ability to use Formulas, Pivot Tables & Reporting
  • Experience and knowledge using POS system

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting workloads
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and basic IT knowledge
  • Experience working at a supervisor/management level to manage direct reports.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This position is responsible for providing supporting to the Food & Beverage department to ensure and maintain all internal systems are up to date and provide first line support for our MICROS (Point of Sale System). This would suit someone with a Food & Beverage background and a good understanding of POS systems and comfortable using Excel and must be computer literate and the ability to pick up new systems when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide insights on potential improvements and enhancements to systems and business processes.
  • Update POS with new price changes when required.
  • Conduct quarterly menu reviews of all restaurants and update POS with seasonal menu changes.
  • Assist Managers from all departments in creating reports as required.
  • Internal systems updated to ensure relevant and accurate data is captured for use by stakeholders.
  • Assist the managers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues which may arise within outlets.
  • Liaise with IT on new developments.
  • Continue to lead and develop staff members within the team.
