Job Description Deliver high‑quality guest service by providing efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service that meets standards, including VIP/regular guest needs and room service. Maintain operational excellence through proper hygiene, cleaning, mis‑en‑place, equipment control, stock takes, and accurate communication with kitchen and guests. Ensure accurate financial processes including guest billing, shift revenue reconciliation, and correct posting of charges. Support smooth daily operations by adhering to service times, ensuring staff competence and sales maximisation, and working flexibly across a 7‑day rotating roster with early and late shifts. Qualifications Experience in a similar role with strong restaurant/bar service knowledge. Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast‑paced environment. Commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service. Clear and efficient communication with the kitchen team.
