Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the Food & Beverage team to exceed guest expectations.
  • Oversee set-up, service, and breakdown of dining and event areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food presentation and service.
  • Monitor staffing levels and rosters to meet operational requirements.
  • Conduct ongoing training to align with brand standards and foster professional growth.
  • Handle guest feedback promptly, resolving complaints to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper handling of customer accounts using POS systems.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage, preferably within a hotel environment.
  • Experience leading a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of rostering, scheduling, and F&B operations including inventory and ordering.
  • Experience in espresso coffee making and bartending (highly regarded).
  • Emotional intelligence, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate others.
  • Valid RSA.
