We are looking for our next Full-Time Food & Beverage Team Leader to join the ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth Street team.

Job Description

  • Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
  • Supervise daily operations across the restaurant, bar and conferencing events
  • Allocate and monitor team tasks to ensure efficiency and smooth service flow
  • Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional and friendly service
  • Be able to handle guest feedback and complaints in a professional manner efficiently
  • Promote Accor service culture (Heartist) and create memorable experiences for our guests
  • Assist with operational set up, service and pack down
  • Ensure compliance with our Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Upsell and promote hotel F&B offerings to maximize revenue
  • Assist the F&B Duty Manager when needed

Qualifications
Valid Australian RSA
Experience in a Team Leader role up to 2+ years
Previous experience in a hotel is preferred however not necessary
Legal working rights for Australia
Self-motivated and driven with a can do attitude
