Job Description
Spice Central Kitchen & Bar are looking for a passionate Food and Beverage Team Leader. This is the perfect growth role for someone looking to further their hospitality career, and learn from our industry experts. You’ll work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, to coordinate our team of Food & Beverage Attendants, and share your knowledge through ad-hoc on the job training. Your friendly demeanor, keen attention to detail, and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment will play a crucial role in creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.
Qualifications

Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic and looking to take on new challenges and learn from their mentors. We’re looking for someone who wants to be hands on and engaged with their team, and takes the time to create memorable experiences for our guests. We’re on the look out for:

  • Experience in a leadership capacity within a food & beverage capacity; ideally within hotel operations.
  • Experience mentoring, and leading junior members of your team
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol, and knowledge of different beverages
  • Available to work on a 7-day rotating roster, including public holidays and weekends where required
