Are responsible for ensuring the Food & Beverage outlet/s run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink and service they receive. Give attention to detail, ensuring that that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well-maintained space. Are involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management and end of month reporting. Work duty manager shifts as and when required.
