Determines the best organisation (production, distribution, storage etc) according to existing infrastructure and equipment. Supervises stock rotations for drinks and catering supplies, and identifies any needs. Is responsible for applying the reference standards and audit procedures as defined by the hotel and brand. Coordinates with the departments close to the F&B department (front office, reservation etc). Contribute to guests satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly. You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa.
