We need someone who can guide a team and grind the perfect shot. You have: Strong barista experience Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a food and beverage outlet Leadership instincts — you motivate, you don’t micromanage POS & PMS knowledge desirable A calm head, quick hands, and a guest‑first mindset Desirable knowledge of a variety of beverages including beer, wine, spirits and cocktails Additional Information TRIBE isn’t about suits, scripts, or stiff service.
