KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. OPERATIONS SUPERVISION * Oversee daily restaurant and service operations * Ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods * Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service standards 2. GUEST SERVICE * Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction at all times * Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally * Engage with guests to enhance dining experience 3. TEAM MANAGEMENT * Supervise, train, and motivate F&B associates * Conduct daily briefings and assign duties * Monitor team performance and grooming standards 4. SERVICE STANDARDS * Ensure adherence to IHG / Holiday Inn Express SOPs * Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards * Ensure proper service etiquette and sequence of service 5. COORDINATION * Coordinate with kitchen team for timely food service * Work with housekeeping and engineering for maintenance and cleanliness * Ensure proper communication between departments 6. INVENTORY & CONTROL * Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and service equipment * Minimize wastage and control costs * Assist in ordering and inventory management KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: * Strong leadership and team management skills * Good communication and interpersonal abilities * Customer-focused approach * Knowledge of food service operations and hygiene standards QUALIFICATIONS: * Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred * 2–5 years of experience in F&B service * Prior supervisory experience preferred
