FOOD AND BEVERAGE TEAM LEADER FOR THE BRUSH LOUNGE

The Brush is an all-day Grand Cafe, Lounge and Cocktail Bar taking inspiration from some of the best dishes & drinks across Europe.
We are seeking an extraordinary Food and Beverage Team Leader, an epitome of ambition and dedication, driven to deliver service that leaves hearts aflutter. You will be dedicated and passionate about leading the team by example.

As our Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will receive:

• Salary: £14.04 per hour plus generous TRONC

As our Food and Beverage Team Leader , you will:

• Have experience leading a large team in a high-performance operation.
• Be a passionate and highly motivated Leader with the ability to inspire your team
• Lead by example, enthusing your team by sharing your passion for brilliant food & drink and outstanding customer service
• Be building productive relationships with colleagues within The Brush and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience and business performance
