JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Resident Services Assistant to support and complete the day to day tasks of the departmental operations.
You will be approachable and friendly people person with the willingness support and maintain a close relationship to residents throughout their stay.
This role is a multi-tasking role, and you will be required to be adaptable to ensure that the needs of the residents are always met.

• Ensuring the set-up of the buffet system in the restaurant area for mealtimes for residents
• Adhere to Food Safety and Hygiene practises followed
• Clearing/sanitising of tables in restaurant area and the reception area
• To maintain the reception, food and beverage outlets, public areas, stores, back office, staff room and outside areas in a clean and tidy condition.
• Deal with any resident queries in a polite and friendly manner
• All complaints, comments, special requests to be recorded in the daily handover log.
• To clearly communicate with other departments to ensure minimal impact on resident service.
• received and pack the delivery away.
• Assist with kitchen duties.
