POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for positive individuals to assist with our concessions areas to provide quality service as well as consistent products. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Operate a cash register and balance a cash drawer Operate the POS software efficiently & effectively Communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons Accurately take customer food & beverage orders Work with large groups of people in a fast-paced environment Clean dining and concession areas; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containers Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas and place them in designated areas when needed Take and record temperature of food to ensure proper temperature control in the transportation of food May be asked to cook/prepare food items Provide world-class customer service Strive to create excellent food & beverage experiences for all guests Additional tasks as assigned by management MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: One year of customer service experience preferred Experience in the food and beverage industry required Food Handler's Card preferred Must be age 16 or older WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift 40 pounds Will be required stand for extended periods of time Facility has intermittent noise
Responsibilities
Team members will assist in concessions areas by operating cash registers, efficiently using POS software, and communicating positively while accurately taking customer food and beverage orders. Responsibilities also include cleaning dining areas, assisting with food preparation, and handling the unloading and storage of supplies.
