Position Summary:  * Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations * Answer guest questions regarding all beverage related items including but not limited to origin, vintage and style of various wines. * Serve and connect with guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience. * Understand guest requirements, delivering service excellence with each guest experience   * Assist with the bar operational tasks if required * Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings * Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner. * Polish cutlery and other items to maintain cleanliness and quality. * Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and report maintenance or safety issues promptly * Ensure prompt, accurate service with high standards of presentation. * Collaborate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations. * Take and process food and beverage orders, offer recommendations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.
