Rapid Personnel are proud to be partnering with a market-leading food manufacturer in their search for a Technical Compliance Administrator, to join their high-performing Technical team based out of Westbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-driven and organised individual with a passion for compliance, food safety, and continuous improvement.
In this key role, you’ll support the Technical Director in ensuring the business maintains compliance with all relevant food safety regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures. You’ll also provide wider administrative support across the Technical department, playing a vital part in audit preparation, reporting and data management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident navigating customer portals
  • Level 2 Food Safety for Manufacturing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience in a compliance or food safety admin role
  • Knowledge of audit processes and industry standards
  • Background in the food manufacturing sector

HOURS, PAY & BENEFITS:

Responsibilities
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate records and compile reports for senior management and regulatory bodies
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, trending data from taste panels, customer complaints and reviews
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits, working closely with auditors
  • Support with wider administrative and technical duties as required
