We pride ourselves on maintaining a perfect balance between hard work and enjoyment, ensuring that while we are dedicated to achieving our goals and delivering exceptional results, we also make time for plenty of fun and giving back to the community.  Job Summary: The Food Cost Analyst at Rosnet plays a critical role in implementing the Food Cost Management module for new clients, maintaining its functionality for existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude. The Food Cost Analyst demonstrates the ability to break down complex reporting, troubleshoot issues, and train clients to effectively use the module.   Key Responsibilities: * Provide Food Management (FM) support to clients via ticketing and phone systems, including participation in an "on-call" rotation for after-hours Level 3 FM support.  * Train clients to become self-sufficient in using the Food Cost Management module, ensuring they understand solutions beyond the immediate issue.  * Break down and explain complex reporting to clients in a clear and effective manner.  * Analyze and identify solutions to potential issues, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.  * Complete daily maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately, meeting scheduled deadlines.  * Lead the implementation of new clients and complete assigned projects within deadlines and to the satisfaction of the client.  Qualifications:  * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.  * Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.  * Food service industry experience and knowledge.  * Proven track record of customer service excellence.  * Experience with Rosnet systems is a plus.  KEY COMPETENCIES   * Organization: Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy. * Analytical Skills: Excels in breaking down complex reporting and identifying effective solutions for clients and internal needs. * Customer Service: Delivers outstanding customer service by following established guidelines and maintaining a client-focused mindset. * Communication: Communicates effectively in both spoken and written formats, ensuring professionalism and contributing to a cohesive team environment.
