OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling food orders and transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting is preferred.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

• Answer phone calls, greet customers, take orders on phone and from walk in guests.
• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Help in Kitchen in preparing food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the service area, kitchen equipment, and dining space.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining environment.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of food products.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
