JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your ability to manage time effectively and engage with customers will be essential in creating a positive dining experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sanitation practices in a kitchen environment.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
