JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling food orders and transactions. REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices related to food service operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Ensure all food safety regulations are followed during food preparation and service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control of food items.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service speed without compromising quality.
