EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to the food industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with menu selections, providing recommendations and upselling when appropriate.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
