We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counter Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently managing food preparation and cash handling. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and demonstrate excellent time management skills, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with cash handling and basic math skills is required.

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining high quality and presentation.
• Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
• Manage cashier duties, including processing payments and providing change accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the counter area and kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer concerns promptly.
• Perform basic math calculations for order totals and cash transactions efficiently.
