As a food server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive service, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Previous experience in food service or customer service is a must. We will provide training.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, assisting other staff members when needed.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating customer volumes.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays, lift up to 25lbs, and move around the dining area frequently.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and Serve Guests: Welcome customers warmly, take accurate orders, and promptly serve food and beverages.
  • Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
  • Deliver Orders: Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of shawarma wraps, platters, and drinks to customers.
  • Assist in Kitchen: Support kitchen staff with food preparation, plating, and ensuring order accuracy.
  • Handle Payments: Process payments through POS systems, issue receipts, and provide change when needed.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Clear tables, reset them, and ensure cleanliness in both the dining and kitchen areas.
  • Customer Engagement: Regularly check on customers and address any concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
