Description Kenly 95 Wendy’s is hiring dependable and energetic Fast Food Crew Members for part-time positions. Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $13/hour Employee meal discounts Flexible part-time scheduling (15 - 30 hours a week), 4 pm to 1 am shift Advancement opportunities to Shift Leader and Assistant Manager Supportive, team-oriented work environment Responsibilities Customer Service & Cash Handling Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service Take and process food orders using a POS system Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Food Preparation & Kitchen Support Prepare sandwiches, fries, and beverages according to Wendy’s standards Operate kitchen equipment safely (grill, fryers, prep stations) Assemble orders quickly and accurately Cleanliness & Teamwork Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines Restock supplies and assist team members as needed Work as part of a team to ensure fast, accurate service Requirements Previous experience in fast food, restaurant, or customer service preferred (not required – training provided) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation Must be 18 years or older Must be available weekends, holidays, and assigned shift hours 4pm-1am Our company has been family-owned and operated since 1964!
