JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking reliable and motivated Food Delivery Riders to join our team. The role involves delivering food orders safely and on time to customers across various locations in the UAE. Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving license (motorcycle or light vehicle).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid UAE motorcycle driving license
• Proven experience as a delivery rider is an advantage.
• Familiarity with UAE roads and navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze, etc.).
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions.

• Pick up food orders from restaurants and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Follow the assigned delivery routes and time schedules.
• Ensure food is handled with care to maintain quality during transportation.
• Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions.
• Maintain delivery vehicle in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
• Comply with UAE traffic laws and company safety regulations.
• Accurately manage delivery payments (if cash on delivery is applicable).
