  • Proven track record of managing programs or projects involving multi-site coordination and service execution.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with order management or delivery tracking systems.
  • Ability to travel within assigned regions as required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
  • Passionate about retail innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
  • May require up to 30% of travel.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are currently hiring for a Food Delivery Program Manager to join our Western Canada team. The Food Delivery Program Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the execution, performance, and continuous improvement of Circle K’s food delivery programs across multiple store locations. This role ensures a seamless, customer-focused experience by managing delivery operations, optimizing performance, and supporting cross-functional alignment across merchandising, operations, IT, and third-party delivery providers. The successful candidate will help drive growth in the on-demand convenience space, supporting customer expectations for speed, quality, and service.
