You will need to demonstrate:

• Considerable experience in premium restaurant/bar environments.
• Previous restaurant/bar and or conference & events supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and specialty in high quality service.
• Previous experience with leading a high performing team.
• Passion for developing others.
• Great attention to detail, being one step ahead of guests needs.
• In-depth knowledge of sequence of service and product knowledge.
• The passion to take on other ad-hoc duties as required.
• Ability to prioritize & work in fast-paced environment being able to keep high standards of service.
• Friendly and confident communication skills.
