Expo We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Food Expeditor to join our team on weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask quickly and efficiently, and ensures all food orders are accurate, complete, and delivered promptly to guests. RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and front-of-house team. * Ensure all food orders are prepared correctly and presented according to restaurant standards. * Verify order accuracy before food leaves the kitchen. * Prioritize and manage multiple orders simultaneously during busy service periods. * Maintain a clean and organized expo station. * Assist with resolving order issues quickly and professionally. * Support teamwork and efficient kitchen operations during high-volume shifts. QUALIFICATIONS * Ability to multitask quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy service times. * Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required. * Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Saturday and Sunday 8am to 2:30pm All Holidays
