The Food Manager takes ownership of the Food Operation by: Maintains inventory Orders product Creates Food Team Member work schedule Minimizes Fresh Food waste Assists in hiring, training and supervising Food Team Members Follows the Dashboard “build to” schedule Monitors profitability of deli food service offerings The Food Manager will work the main Food hours to maintain sufficient and consistent food offerings to our Guests. Ensuring all Team Members are following City and or State food handling protocol. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Be able to work days including early mornings, weekends and holidays, as required for assigned shift/store Prepared to be willing to work alone Have reliable transportation to report to work on time Have reliable telephone service and be able to return telephone calls in a timely manner Be willing to legally sell age restricted products such as alcoholic beverages, tobacco and lottery tickets Successfully pass all compliance related required training
