FOOD MANAGER TRAINEE – FIT CITY GRILL

Fit City Grill is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Food Manager Trainee to join our team! This position is a great opportunity for someone interested in developing leadership skills while gaining experience in all areas of restaurant operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Around 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
• Good English communication skills
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-focused approach
• Comfortable working in both kitchen and customer service areas

• Take part in training across both front-of-house and kitchen operations (food prep, cooking, and service)
• Learn food safety standards, quality control, and inventory practices
• Assist with day-to-day operations and support the management team
• Develop leadership skills to help guide and support staff
