OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated industrial chef to join our team in a factory setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cooking large quantities of products in accordance with recipes, quality standards and health regulations. The role involves working with large scale manufacturing equipment, following batch instructions, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Cook food products in bulk quantities according to factory recipes and production schedules.
• Record batch data and report any issues to team leaders or managers.
• Safely execute manual handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the factory, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Conduct relevant cleanings in between products.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely product cook times.
• Take products to quality assurance for testing to ensure consistency and high standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience within a factory.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
