We are a leading Food Manufacturing Industry based in the UAE, specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality food products. Our mission is to deliver excellence to both retail and HORECA sectors through innovative marketing, strong sales strategies, and robust partnerships with online delivery platforms. As we continue to expand our footprint across the UAE, we are seeking a talented and results-driven Food Marketing & Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Food Sales, Marketing, or E-Commerce within the UAE food industry.
  • Solid understanding of HORECA operations and foodservice client management.
  • Hands-on experience working with Talabat, Careem, Deliveroo, and similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Proficient in social media marketing, email automation tools, and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales and marketing targets
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Must be currently residing in the UAE and ready for immediate joining or short notice.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow our presence in HORECA channels (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and across e-commerce and online delivery platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, leads, and conversions
  • Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and create engaging content
  • Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Manage and optimize the company’s presence on delivery platforms such as Talabat, Careem, Deliveroo, and other e-commerce channels.
  • Monitor online product listings, promotions, pricing, and customer reviews to ensure brand consistency and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new clients, gather feedback, and promote new products.
  • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer activation programs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and close B2B or B2C food product deals
  • Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to achieve targets and maximize profitability.
  • Stay up to date with food industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
