Job description:

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser in FMCG in UAE in food & beverage/snacks
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and supermarket standards.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Physically fit to handle stock movement and shelf arrangements.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and hit sales/visibility targets.
• Valid UAE driving license
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing is an advantage.

• Visit assigned outlets daily to monitor and maintain Soul Pantry product displays.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report replenishment needs.
• Assist the operations team with deliveries to the outlets
• Negotiate with store managers and supervisors for better product placements, end caps, and promotional displays.
• Execute merchandising strategies to improve product visibility and brand presence.
• Track and report sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery and replenishment.
• Support in promotional activities, in-store activations, and product launches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and management.
