JOB TITLE: Packing Staff
RESPONSIBLE TO: Packing Team Leader
DESIGNATED NOMINEE: Packing Staff or Packing Supervisor

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

To be able to operate all packing machinery. AllJobs on packing line belts and on line inspection.

KEY TASKS:

· Observes all conditions in General Rules & Regulation handbook.
· To ensure that all agreed food hygiene and safety standards are adhered to, at all times.
· Work on the packing line belt and be able to do the following:
· Skillets
· Pick up (large) biscuits
· Pick up (small) biscuits and work one, two or three on the belt
· Packing (large) cartons into outers
· Packing (small) cartons into outers
· Operate all packing machines. Understand how to operate them and change over film reels and deal with minor break downs problems i.e. cartons stuck on Jacob white.
