EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred.
  • Familiarity with menu planning, food preparation, cooking techniques, and food service operations is essential.
  • Experience in the restaurant or catering industry is a plus, with an emphasis on culinary skills.
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of food safety regulations are required.
