JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Counter Attendant to join our CHICK-N-JOY team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your ability to manage time effectively and engage with customers will contribute to a positive experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to operate a POS system; experience with Micros POS is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn about menu items and promote them effectively through upselling techniques.
