We’re looking for a Food Production Team Leader to run our early morning Bread Team. This is a hands-on role assembling high volumes of wraps, sandwiches, and baguettes for next-day delivery. You’ll lead a small crew while working side-by-side on the bench no service, no chaos, just clean, accurate, high-volume food prep.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead a team of 24 staff during the 2am7am shift
• Assemble sandwiches, wraps, baguettes, and other cold items
• Label, pack, and check items for accuracy and presentation
• Maintain flow and cleanliness across your section
• Guide your team to meet quality and speed targets
• Liaise with your supervisor if issues or support are needed
