ROLE OVERVIEW:

You will play a key role in preparing and processing high-quality meats and related products for our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a passion for food, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing and processing meat products to exacting standards
• Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently
• Assisting with packaging, labelling, and stock rotation
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
• Supporting the butchers with day-to-day production tasks
