Food Preparer C-Food Service-The Mount Sinai Hospital-Full Time, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays Prepares, cooks and dispenses food in accordance with specifications, quality standards and sanitary regulations. Assigns work to Cooks and Cook's Helpers. Maintains par level and delivers food entrees to Cafeteria steam-table, assist cooking supervisors as required.
